Design
Our professional Splash Pad & Spray Ground designer will help you identify what you are looking for in an outdoor experience and aesthetics. We work with you to best understand your budget and vision through a fully immersive experience. Measurements of the backyard or space will be taken so our designer can work on accurate design plans with a design sketch that will be transformed into a 2d and 3d rendering.
The introduction and evaluation phase includes:
•Splash Pad & Spray Ground project review
• Scope of work and potential materials for the project
• Preliminary budget review and sign off

Plan
Once an estimate and 2d/3d design has been created a team member will come out and walk you through all the details. You will be able to envision your vision and design plans come to life.
The pre-construction phase includes:
• Full scale construction document creation
• Pre-Construction meeting with your dedicated TEAM and here you’ll pick your customer selections.
• Permit submittals and approvals
• Project scheduling and coordination
• HOA submittals and approvals (customer to handle)
• Project full timing scheduling and coordination

Build
Your site will be managed by a dedicated Splash Pad Pool Builder Superintendant who is committed to detailed and on-going communication every step of the way. Your Command Center Project Manager will oversee the projects scheduling and timeliness of work while working hand and hand with you.
The construction phase includes:
• On-site supervision
• Schedule and cost control
• Detailed invoicing
• Pool inspections and quality assurance
• OSHA safety assurance
• Weekly site status reporting
• Security monitoring
