Excavating for a Pool in the DFW and North Texas Area
North Texas soil is a combination of Blackland Prairie, Black Clay Gumbo, Sugar Sand and Sandy Loam with much of the DFW area soil being composed of pure clay. Once in a while during excavation we can run into rock. If rock, abnormal soil or unexpected groundwater is found, we go from the quoted price to an hourly rate and necessary equipment will be brought in.
